Our Fleet
The Good Stuff has two different vehicles to chose from for hire: the classic 1982 Citroen HY Van and the iconic Land Rover Defender 110.
Citroen HY van
The first vehicle to join our fleet and begin our adventure. We bought this back in 2023 as a partially converted food van and converted it into what we have today, a classic fully drivable coffee van.
The van is left hand drive, without power-steering making each trip a minor work-out, but we love it just the way it is. We began by replacing the engine to a Passat engine and we added solar panels, and LPG tank, this helps to power our Fracino Retro Lever coffee machine making us completely off grid and helping us stick with our vintage style in the van. We also fitted a 100L fresh water tank, taking us that one step further to being completely off grid with no need for electric or water supply.
The footprint of the van is approximately 3 M wide x 4 M long x 1.8 M High.

Land Rover Defender 110
Prior to this iconic addition joining our fleet it was a Staffordshire council maintenance vehicle.
From this we converted it into a fully fledge, off-grid, drivable coffee truck. The Defender has been part of the fleet since January 2024 when it had its first private booking for Casualty on BBC One, since then it has done private bookings for Western Global, BMW and many others. The Defender adds a completely different look compared to the classic Citroen HY Van.
As part of the conversion, we added solar panels, gas bottles, leisure batteries and a 75L freshwater tank and the engine was upgraded to a TD5 engine. All these features make it off grid and ready to go, a much better drive than the Citroen HY Van makes it easier to move during a booking allowing locations crews to have us at different settings. The coffee machine used on this truck is a Fracino Contempo, allowing us to make barista coffee.
The footprint is approximately 2 M wide x 5m Long x 2.5M high.
